About Us
Having successfully managed her own ski apartment in Val d'Isère for 10 years, Madeleine created Delevingne to use her wealth of knowledge in the holiday home rental market to help other owners looking for a helping hand with managing their holiday property.
Our service is designed for people who either do not have the time to organise lets themselves or would like a personal service where all the hassle of renting out their properties is taken away from them.
What we do
We know that many owners feel daunted by the prospect of letting their holiday home, but that’s where Delevingne comes in. We offer a full holiday home management service, taking the stress and hassle out of owning and looking after an overseas or UK property.
Your home, your rules
It's your home and so you should be able to rent it on your terms. You decide when the property is available for short-term bookings. We will handle the rest.
Marketing
Our team of experts will create stand-out listings for your property across the main holiday letting channels, including; AirBnB, Simply Owners and HomeAway. You can expect a catchy title, excellent copy and help with professional photographs of your property to make your listing exceptional.
Guests:
We will go the extra mile for your guests to ensure they have an outstanding holiday. We can also act as their primary point of contact, should the need arise. We take care of revenue management, guest communication, cleaning and key management, so you can sit back and relax.
Maintenance:
Our team can look after reservations, check-ins, key-management, housekeeping and can assist with maintenance and repairs for your property throughout the year.
